Which companies stand out in the Top Employers 2025 list for the Greek market, according to the wherewework Greece ranking.
The large online employee community wherewework.gr, part of the international wherewework.com network, announced the list of top employers in the Greek market for 2025. This year, for the first time, the research expands with the presentation of top companies by industry, offering a more in‑depth analysis of the country’s employment landscape.
Through the wherewework.gr platform, active in 14 countries, thousands of employees in Greece share their experiences and anonymously evaluate their former and current employers, contributing to a transparent information ecosystem that aims to shed light on the labor market.
The Top Employers 2025 list is compiled with transparency and meritocracy in mind, based on the average rating that employees give to companies during the voting period from 01.11.2024 to 31.10.2025. Notably, the employers who participated in the survey received at least 30 evaluations, which guarantees the reliability of the results. The evaluation is conducted based on five fundamental pillars that holistically reflect the employee experience:
- Career development and growth prospects
- Compensation and benefits package
- Work–life balance
- Management model
- Corporate culture and values

“The increasing participation of companies in the evaluation process and the quality of the criteria we apply shows a significant shift in the labor market. Organizations now perceive their reputation as employers not as a secondary element, but as a strategic competitive advantage. At the same time, employees are increasingly making conscious choices about work environments that align with their values and professional ambitions. This two-way evolution is shaping a labor market based on meaningful choice rather than necessity." stated Costin Tudor, CEO of wherewework.
The Greek labor market is undergoing transformation, with companies increasingly recognizing the importance of employer branding in attracting and retaining talent. In a period where human resource mobility is increasing and employees seek not only a job but also an environment that aligns with their values and professional aspirations, transparency and employer evaluation play a critical role.
The Top Employers list by wherewework Greece is becoming an institution that helps professionals better navigate the labor market, offering a multifaceted view of workplace culture and development opportunities. For companies, appearing on the list strengthens reputation and attracts top talent in an increasingly competitive market.
