Your responsibilities:
- Understand advertiser business and technical requirements to recommend the most suitable digital advertising solutions
- Support customers through solution activation, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, solution adoption, and revenue growth
- Build trusted relationships and act as a technical advisor for customers
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations
- Use CRM tools, dashboards, and performance data to track results and drive customer success
What makes this role unique:
Candidate profile
- Native or near-native Turkish speaker with fluent English
- Minimum 12 months of technical sales experience (Digital Advertising, SaaS, B2B Sales, Account Management, or similar)
- Strong consultative selling and customer-facing communication skills
- Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and explain technical concepts clearly
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable using CRM and reporting tools
