CAREER OPPORTUNITY – TRAINING SPECIALIST

Premier Capital Hellas SA, is seeking to recruit a Training Specialist. This role is for individuals who are passionate in supporting others to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment and wish to leverage the strength of an iconic global brand.

THE POSITION

Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Specialist will be working closely with the restaurants by assisting in the implementation of effective training solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the McDonald’s Corporation, vendors, and suppliers to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that support employees to grow. The incumbent of the role will plan and facilitate preparatory, and training sessions aligned with operational and brand standards. The role requires the implementation of new training initiatives and operational procedures whilst supporting in the evaluation of training effectiveness.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related filed and have more than 4 years of professional experience in a similar position. Enhanced organizational, communication and facilitation skills as well as a can-do attitude are important attributes for success in this role. Fluency in both the Greek and the English, language and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Experience with restaurant operations as well as LMS platforms and digital training tools will be considered an asset.
