ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client VIOPOL, a well-established industrial company, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

📌 Location: Viotia – Evia Area
📍 Working Model: on-site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Technical Director


Your work will include:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support to customers in Greece and abroad, contributing to product performance, customer satisfaction, and close collaboration with the R&D and Production teams.


More specifically:
  • Provide technical support and training to customers in Greece and internationally
  • Conduct and support product trials with on-site presence at customer facilities (domestic & international)
  • Manage and resolve customer technical complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively participate in the operation and maintenance of polyurethane machines for pilot-scale applications
  • Support the Research & Development department with laboratory formulations, trials, and measurements
  • Coordinate, prepare, and oversee product certifications in cooperation with external laboratories
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, service providers, and regulatory organizations
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Collect, analyze, and report statistical and performance data
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
  • Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety and operational efficiency
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • 3–4 years of experience in technical customer support within the industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes and safety procedures
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business-oriented, innovative, and team-focused mentality
  • Customer-oriented, results-driven, methodical, and reliable
  • Strong work ethic, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel (domestic & international)
