Job description

On behalf of one of the largest providers of business software products and services in Greece, Actionline is looking for a passionate and reliable Technical Support Consultant to join the team!

 

What you’ll be doing:
• Installation and technical support on client premises
• Supporting users remotely via Remote Desktop
• Helping customers over the phone with their technical issues

What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field (ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ)
• Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LANWAN network services
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
• Driver's license
• Responsibility and reliability
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server.
• 2 years of experience in catering establishments.
• Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup.
• PC hardware assembly.

 The Company Offers:

•Monthly Gross Salary: €1.200-1500.

•Flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday (Two days off scheduled during the week).
