About the role
As a Survey Delivery & Innovation Intern, you will partner with the global team and our clients to understand their quantitative B2B survey needs. You will translate their research objectives into best-in-class surveys, encompassing:
- Advising on optimal question design.
- Programming the survey.
- Conducting rigorous quality control on responses.
- Analyzing and visualizing the data outputs.
Role Scope
1. Survey Design & Value-Add Advisory
- Understand the research and survey deliverable needs of consulting, private equity and corporate clients.
- Provide value-add advisory on best practices in survey design, anticipating and addressing client requirements.
2. Survey Programming
- Execute survey programming efforts to effectively capture required data points, ensuring seamless questionnaire flow, efficiency, and technical integrity.
- Deliver programming services that align with our Client Service Team culture of high quality and hyper-reactive client service.
3. Data Visualization
- Execute survey analysis and visualization, creating deliverables that align with industry best practices and result in clear, easy-to-consume outputs.
4. Advanced Data Quality Control
- Contribute to survey Quality Control activities, including data review, respondent quality checks, and process improvements to elevate the overall quality of survey deliverables.
5. Client Engagement & Business Development
- Contribute to client-facing activities, including joint meetings and developing client relationships.
You will develop a range of marketable business skills in the role:
- Market Research: Survey design and programming of consulting & private equity client projects.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders with diverse and often conflicting priorities.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop survey analysis and visualization skills for intricate data sets.
- Commercial Acumen: Independently manage and contribute to 10+ projects per month across diverse global industries.
