What will you be doing?
The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion, while also managing and supporting the project workforce.
Specifically:
- Supervision and coordination of installation teams
- Monitoring project progress and preparing technical reports
- Ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations
- Measurements and cost control of work performed
- Managing project workforce (training, ERGANI system, leave management)
- Collaborating with internal and external project teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (University/Technological Institute)
- ≥2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within Greece & abroad
- Valid driver’s license
