Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
- Manage and expand an existing client portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Present and promote furniture solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in B2B sales and Account Management within the furniture, interior design, or construction sectors, with a track record of building relationships with architects, interior designers, and construction companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
