🖋️Reporting Line: Business Application Manager
What you will do:
As a hands-on SAP FI Professional, you will be part of the Business Applications team, and you will participate in the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) modules.More specifically, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and/or CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, TM).
- Participate in workshops and UAT sessions to refine business processes.
- Maintain functional specifications and change logs for all system modifications.
- A BSc/MSc degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling principles.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment and Fiori apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
Any experience in the following will be considered an asset:
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Experience in SAP Travel Management, SAP CO, SAP integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules.
- SAP certification in FI and/or CO.
