Responsibilities:
- Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills
- Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills
- Analyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories
- Oversee and measure the delivery and quality of provided training to ensure effectiveness
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience
- Maintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships
Candidate profile:
- Proven coaching/training experience in a sales environment.
- Ability to train a team of sales representatives and develop areas for improvement.
- Experience meeting and exceeding goals and helping team members to do the same.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar environment is preferred.
- Skill in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work towards meeting targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on site from our office in Athens
- Fluency in English C1
- Italian, Spanish, German, French fluency will be considered an advantage
