The Role
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for storesalesteams across our retail network.
Your mission is to inspire, develop, and empower sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while ensuring consistency in sales approach, product knowledge, and service standards across all stores.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding and induction training for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into our retail culture and standards.
- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product expertise.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Operations and HR teams to identify training needs and design relevant development programs.
- Conduct in-store coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance performance and confidence in the sales floor.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and store results, and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Create engaging digital learning materials (presentations, guides, quizzes) for use within our LMS platform.
- Support the rollout of new sales processes, product launches, and campaigns by preparing and upskilling store teams.
- Participate in the company’s 5-day Induction Program, representing the sales training stream.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail sales or training role, ideally within a large store network.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage audiences.
- Understanding of customer service principles and sales best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering structured training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
