Restaurant Maintenance Person / Handyman
Premier Capital Hellas SA, the operator of 35 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Maintenance Person / Handyman to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests all day, every day.

THE ROLE
Based in Athens, the candidate will report to the respective Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for managing and performing a range of maintenance tasks such as maintaining, cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant’s equipment, ensuring the building (interior and exterior) is maintained in terms of appearance and repairs (finishes, painting), ensuring the maintenance of the parking lot and Drive-Thru lane, as well as a wide range of tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
He will be responsible to:
Create and maintain a well-established inspection/maintenance work plan (HVAC, beverage system, heating system, lighting system).
Identify and perform minor repairs at the restaurant level, using the company's Troubleshooting Guide - Equipment Operation Manual - and formulates suggestions for repairs/maintenance and improvements.
Ensure the proper functioning of the restaurant's technical installations and equipment (replaces, cleans, checks, etc.).
Replace or clean filters, condensers and evaporators from the HVAC system, as well as checking the condition of the HVAC system (drive belts, fuses, etc.).
Maintain condensers and filters of refrigeration equipment in excellent operating condition and cleanliness.
Check the operating condition of the lighting system both inside and outside the restaurant, as well as its cleanliness.
Maintain records of repairs carried out during working hours and provide evidence of their completion.
Ensure the maintenance of the building (interior and exterior) in terms of appearance and repairs (finishes, painting).
Ensure the maintenance of the parking lot, the Drive-Thru line.
Anticipate repair and maintenance work.
Adapt to the volume and speed of work in the restaurant and performs the work promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Private technical school diploma (IEK, OAED, etc.) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
Technical knowledge of general maintenance.
Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Ability to work with tools and electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Driving license required.
