Polish-speaking Ad Sales Specialist – Athens
Do you speak Polish fluently and feel confident communicating with business clients?
Join an international digital advertising team in Athens and help agencies and direct advertisers grow through effective paid social media solutions. Previous experience in Digital Ads is welcome but not required — sales confidence, strong communication skills and motivation to learn are the most important.

- Location: Athens, Neos Kosmos – office-based position
- Possible start dates: 16.10 or 26.10
- The start date may also be adjusted to your availability
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- No rotating shifts or weekend work

What you will do
- Build relationships with agencies and direct advertisers
- Communicate with business clients through multiple channels
- Handle inbound leads and conduct proactive client outreach
- Understand advertisers’ goals and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions
- Support clients in setting up, managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for further growth
- Address campaign-related issues and cooperate with specialist teams when necessary
Salary and benefits
- Base salary: €1,200 gross/month
- Fixed project bonus: €150 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
- Two additional salaries per year: €2,400 gross in total
- Daily meal allowance paid via Up Hellas Mastercard
Average monthly gross earnings: €1,350–€1,600 gross/month + meal card and two additional salaries per year

Requirements
- Polish at C2 level
- English at B2 level or higher for training and internal communication
- Confidence in communicating with business clients
- Interest in digital marketing and readiness to work in a sales-oriented environment
- Availability to work from the office in Athens, Neos Kosmos
- Current residence in Athens or readiness to relocate
- Experience in Sales, paid campaigns, Digital Ads or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
