What you will be doing:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable backend applications and services. Working alongside experienced engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals, you will help build secure, reliable, and high-performing systems that support mission-critical operations and data-driven services.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and optimize microservices architectures to support business growth and system scalability.
- Design and improve database structures, ensuring performance, integrity, and reliability.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and integration mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with Front-End Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Develop unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.
- Monitor application performance, analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively drive improvements.
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development processes and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern backend development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Front-end frameworks (React preferred, Angular or Vue.js also welcomed).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development
- Experience working with relational databases and query optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of application security and data protection best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with any of the following technologies will be considered a strong advantage:
