CAREER OPPORTUNITY – MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
Premier Capital Hellas, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Project Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, transforming ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable results, while leveraging the strength of an iconic global brand.
THE POSITION
Based in Greece and reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Project Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans designed to build sales and take market share. The candidate will collaborate closely with Agencies, McDonald’s Corporation, vendors and suppliers to deliver campaigns that resonate with our customers, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen McDonald’s presence in the Greek market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The role requires meticulous planning, coordination and the ability to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and have a minimum of five years’ marketing and digital marketing experience in a similar role.
Strong commercial experience, financial acumen, and analytical thinking to interpret data as well as fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken) are core attributes for the role.
This role requires a results-driven individual with demonstrated organizational and project management skills who can conceptualize, design and launch successful campaigns across multiple channels.
