- Act as a daily point of contact between third-party warehouses and international transport companies to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Track shipments continuously and provide proactive updates to international clients and the internal sales team regarding order status.
- Issue, verify, and archive essential shipping and customs documents (Delivery Notes, Invoices, CMR transport documents).
- Monitor stock levels across multiple systems and log precise data into the company's internal ERP software.
- Collaborate daily with Sales and Accounting departments to troubleshoot delivery discrepancies and optimize logistical flows.
- University or College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory due to the company's extensive export operations.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Softone, SAP, or similar) is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
