Junior Controller to join and develop their new production line.

🖋️ Reports to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- You will be involved in budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and variance analysis.
- You will contribute to cost tracking, inventory valuation, and basic production order analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- You will support the preparation of monthly closing activities and help maintain financial controls in line with company policies.
- The role requires the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends or discrepancies, and support decision-making by providing clear and structured insights.
- You will work closely with senior team members to develop your analytical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Degree in in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a finance or controlling role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment..
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset.
- You have strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and are comfortable handling and analyzing data.
- Excellent command of Greek & English.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented, proactive and organized.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to develop, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role.
- Regarding the compensation package, the gross monthly salary can range between €1.500 - €1.800, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall profile
