About the Role

About the Role 

Our Insights team is transforming the way investors, corporates, and consultancies obtain curated knowledge to inform business strategy. 

Working on-demand and side by side to our expert interviews and survey offerings, our Insights team delivers tailored solutions to a sophisticated global client base. Whether we are helping a private equity firm prioritise their deal pipeline (e.g. early-stage diligence) or supporting a technology Corporate conduct voice of customer research for their game-changing new product, we utilise the power of the Dialectica service offering to help answer our clients’ most pressing strategic business problems. 

  • Product Delivery & Relationship Management

Oversee and ensure the quality assurance and excellence of all Insights product team deliveries. Lead insights generation by directly conducting high-level expert interviews and synthesizing directional data into quantifiable metrics. 

Collaborate cross-functionally with other product groups to maintain a consistently high standard across the full suite of Dialectica’s offering.

Play a lead role in deepening client user penetration by nurturing project relationships and leveraging opportunities to expand the user base through referrals and relationship building.

  • Product Innovation 

Manage innovation activities by testing, developing, and launching new Insights modules and offerings that address unmet market needs.

  • Account Management

Own and nurture both senior relationships and central budget-holder relationships to advocate for Dialectica within your coverage area. 

Handle annual renewals and package commitments sale processes.

  • Proactive Content

Develop proactive content and thought leadership tailored to corporate clients in your coverage area (ideally within Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech). 

Lead exploratory client sessions to discuss proactive content and generate new client opportunities based on market insights.

  • Scoping & Technical Sales

Scope client needs and generate client opportunities / project mandates across the full suite of Dialectica’s offering for Corporates (Expert Calls, Voice of Customer, M&A Mapping, Deal Advisors, Origin etc).
