No previous banking experience is required – full paid training in German is provided.
Location & Working Model
- Athens – Neos Kosmos
- Possible start dates: 19.10 or 9.11
- The position starts office-based in Athens. After successful completion of training and nesting, a hybrid work model may become available depending on performance and project requirements.
- Working schedule: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00, 5 days / 40 hours per week.
What you will do
- Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
- Help with everyday banking and account-related questions
- Assist customers with digital banking services
- Provide clear, professional and solution-oriented support
- Follow internal banking procedures, security and quality standards
Salary
- Base salary: €1,400 gross/month ×14
- Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to 10%
- €1,000 sign-in bonus
- Meal benefits: €3 net per worked day + €100 net/month additional voucher via Up Hellas Mastercard
- 2 additional salaries per year (in total +2800€)
- €500 anniversary bonus after one year
Average monthly earnings: approximately €1,800–€1,950 gross + meal benefits

What we expect
- German at C1–C2 level
- English at B2 level or higher
- You already have some previous experience in Customer Service
- No previous banking experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
- You already live in Athens or are ready to relocate
- Professional and customer-oriented approach
- Clean criminal record
