Scope of the role:
The Field Engineer role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment and related industrial machinery at client facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and technical support of equipment and applications.
What will you do:
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging equipment and other industrial machinery.
- Technical support and on-site service for industrial clients, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime of equipment.
- Communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams regarding service activities, spare parts, and technical issues.
What we are looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equival technical school
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good command of the English language.
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
