ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, CROWN HELLAS, a key player in the packaging sector specializing in the production of high-quality beverage and food cans, is seeking an Electrician Team Leader, to join and develop their new production line.
📌 Location: Corinthos
🖋️ Reporting to: Engineering Manager
💼 Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates the Electrician team, ensuring all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and electrical regulations.
- Oversees the operation and reliability of all production and auxiliary electrical equipment, ensuring proper performance and timely resolution of issues.
- Supervises troubleshooting activities, supporting the team in diagnosing failures, power interruptions, and electrical breakdowns, and ensures accurate documentation of all actions.
- Ensures full compliance with electrical safety legislation and standards, and provides guidance to the team regarding safe work practices.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment safety, quality, and productivity, including the development of new automation or control programs.
- Plans and prioritizes daily and weekly maintenance activities, allocating tasks to team members and monitoring progress to meet operational deadlines.
- Supports the development and training of electrical technicians, enhancing their fault-finding skills, technical capabilities, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborates closely with Production and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment and quick response to electrical issues.
- Ensures accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, electrical drawings, software backups, and technical documentation.
👥 Candidate profile:
- Electrician graduate from a Technical Institute (TEI/IEK) or other accredited technical schools.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, production monitoring tools)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
