The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and boosting engagement across various digital channels.
The role will report to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:
Planning, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and the company website to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Managing and implementing effective SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and optimize the company’s online presence.
Leading paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to maximize reach and achieve high ROI.
Developing engaging content strategies and overseeing digital content creation for diverse audiences on all digital platforms.
Lead the development and implementation of digital value solutions.
Monitoring analytics and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable recommendations and continuously drive optimization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maintain alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Requirements
An educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in digital marketing or related field and pharmaceutical industry experience will be considered an asset).
5+ years of experience in leading and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Demonstrable creativity and experience in developing engaging digital content, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across functions and teams.
