Job description

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global healthcare company, is in search for a Digital Marketing Manager to be at the forefront of crafting and executing cutting-edge digital strategies while optimizingthe  company’s online presence.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and boosting engagement across various digital channels.

The role will report to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and the company website to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

  • Managing and implementing effective SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and optimize the company’s online presence.

  • Leading paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to maximize reach and achieve high ROI.

  • Developing engaging content strategies and overseeing digital content creation for diverse audiences on all digital platforms.

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital value solutions.

  • Monitoring analytics and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable recommendations and continuously drive optimization.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maintain alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.


Requirements

  • An educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in digital marketing or related field and pharmaceutical industry experience will be considered an asset).

  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

  • Demonstrable creativity and experience in developing engaging digital content, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across functions and teams.
