About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Credit Control Intern to support our Treasury and Credit Control Department with day-to-day transactions. As a Credit Control Intern your responsibilities include but are not limited to provide support in various treasury and credit functions, with a primary focus on bank account reconciliations, updating ledger entries, assisting in daily cash management activities and participating in the invoicing processes. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for becoming a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices to clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing processes
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all invoicing activities and client communications
- Support other team members with daily administrative tasks, like data entry, filling etc
Requirements:
- BSc degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving attitude

This is a full time, fixed term contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal/extension.
