ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company specializing in high-quality coffee blends and premium nuts distribution, is looking for a Coffee Experience Specialist.
📌 Location: Stadiou – Kolonaki, Athens
📍 Work Model: Full-time, 5-day rotating schedule (store operating hours)
📄 Contract Type: Indefinite (Permanent position)
What you will do:
• Welcome, serve, and guide customers with a premium service approach
• Prepare coffee and beverages according to company standards
• Provide product information (coffee blends & nuts)
• Roast nuts and maintain attractive product displays (jars & trays)
• Handle cash register and daily transactions
• Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of coffee machines
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience as a barista or in retail/sales (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Greek & English language proficiency
