About the role

As a Client Protection intern, you will encompass database administration, ensuring the efficient management and organization of vital data essential for our business processes. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely by reviewing and confirming administrative and legal agreements to uphold the highest standards of client care. Your tasks will also extend to the management of corporate documents, encompassing both employee records and those pertinent to our corporate clients. Moreover, your active participation in the dissemination and implementation of new strategies underscores your pivotal role in continuously enhancing our approach to client care. Additionally, in your role you’ll handle communication and relations with our commercial department to make sure that all legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled in every step. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in these core functions, contributing to your professional growth and development in the business realm.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the implementation of day-to-day operations, such as monitoring active projects and doing risk assessment to flag and mitigate potential risks.
  • Answer diligently to the Client Service Team’s requests and make sure to provide appropriate input on implementation of compliance best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training material to ensure that all Client Service Team members are educated sufficiently on compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with the rest of your team members across the globe on long-term projects to develop industry standards.
  • Work closely with the global Compliance & Legal team on day-to-day risk assessment and other activities

Requirements

  • 4th year undergraduate in any field 
  • Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus 
  • Demonstrated interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset 
  • A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development 
  • Proficient english level is a must and knowledge on business vocabulary. 
  • Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines.
