ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a prestigious luxury fashion company known for its exquisite clothing, textiles, leather goods, and accessories, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to lead their newly established boutique in Athens.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the store’s success by fostering a positive, customer-centric atmosphere. Through outstanding leadership, sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of luxury retail, they will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strong leadership to the store team, motivating and inspiring them to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture that prioritizes effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Organizing regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Leading by example by actively engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and ensure top-tier customer service.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Leveraging customer feedback to refine the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Managing inventory levels, performing regular stock checks, and ensuring timely replenishment in coordination with head office and regional distribution centers.
  • Monitoring sales performance, expenses, and other key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and security standards


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager within the luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-end retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
