LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
- Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00: 8 working hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule, no shifts and weekends off
- Possible starts: 26 October, 9 November or 23 November

THE ROLE
You will proactively contact businesses, understand their commercial goals and recommend digital advertising solutions suited to their needs.
This role involves outbound sales, cold calling and proactive contact with Arabic-speaking advertisers.
SALARY AND BONUSES
- Base salary: €1,100 gross/month ×14, including two additional salary payments worth €2,200 gross in total
- Fixed project bonus: €200 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
- Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher: €3 net per worked day, approximately €60 net/month, increasing to €6 net per worked day after one year
Average monthly gross package: €1,300–€1,550 gross/month + 2 additional salaries per year + Up Hellas Card

REQUIREMENTS
- Arabic at C1/C2 level
- English at B2 level or higher
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience
- Background in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Digital Advertising
- Confidence with cold calling and proactive customer contact
- You already live in Athens and have valid legal authorization to work in Greece
- This is a local-hire vacancy. Relocation support and visa/work-permit sponsorship are not available.
