How did the interview go?
1) Interview with HR
2) Interview with engineering lead (some behavioral + technical questions + deep dive into CV)
3) 2h technical interview with 2 senior engineers (PR review + live coding + system design)
4) Interview with Manager (discussion about my CV, technical expertise, role - team, culture fit - behavioral questions, Plum's product etc)
The HR was very responsive, I received feedback within two days after each interview round. All the engineers I spoke with were friendly and professional, which made the overall process much smoother. The 2h technical interview, however, was quite tiring. In my opinion, a short 10–15 minute break would make the experience much more manageable. Overall, I had a pretty good interview experience
