Talent Development Lead

How did the interview go?
Later, I learned that the role was actually intended for a more junior profile with a lower salary expectation, which perhaps explains the outcome. I also noticed a certain pattern in the department's composition — the HR team appeared to be exclusively female — which raised some concerns about potential bias in hiring practices.
The follow-up communication was also rather impersonal. I received a generic email starting with "Dear candidates," which made the process feel careless and impersonal, almost as though I was simply cc’ed in a group rejection.
To be honest, I’m still unsure why they invited me for an interview in the first place. From what I observed, the organizational culture seemed quite incompatible with my professional values — overly traditional, heavily micromanaged, and driven by internal politics, with little room for innovation or forward thinking.
