How did the interview go?

Went very well and got to meet many other candidates and also participated at the interview with a couple of them. As an already experienced stewardess for years, I believe the interview is a desperate quick way to fill the cabins with young individuals who wouldn't demand a high salary after being overworked.

Interview questions and tests

The personality test takes place at home days before the interview. On the interview day, you are asked questions and you answer in English, Greek and any aditional languages you may speak. It wasn't professional when I was asked if I would bother starting from zero and having seniors telling me what to do. It was a toxic question. Not an aviation like. Because "σε κάνουν καψώνια" ενω δουλεύεις. My answer was that "in aviation we follow procedures. Unless I do my job correctly then there is no need from someone telling me off. Of course, I accept orders in case of any emergency or if I make grand mistakes and need to be reminded the seriousness of a specific event"

I am grateful they liked my answer and that they offered me the position. It is also very positive that they offer free training.
