DEMO SA is currently looking for a high-performing Sales Representative in Oncology/Hematology. This position is based in Athens. This role reports directly to BU Director Oncology & Hematology.
Responsibilities
- Develop trustworthy relationships with oncologists and hematologists through regular and structured contact
- Communicate with the medical community on product characteristics and treatment awareness to maximize benefits for the patient
- Analyze area data and trends and proceed to conclusions and action plans in alignment with the Sales Supervisor to drive results.
- Identify and recommend competitive advantage & opportunities to develop the business in the assigned area
- Monitor achievements regularly to ensure targets are reached. Keep updated records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data
- Share best practices and key learnings with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences
- 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Medical Sales Representative in pharmaceutical industry, ideally focused on oncologists and hematologists.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivation and results orientation
