ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a growing company producer of adhesives and sealants, is looking for a Production Supervisor.
📌 Location: Koropi, Attiki
🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Manager
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the organization, coordination, and supervision of the production department.
What you will do:
- Coordination of operations according to the production plan.
- Assignment of general and daily tasks.
- Supervision and training of production workers and operators.
- Ensuring the availability of consumables for the production process.
- Oversight of the use of machinery and equipment.
- Problem-solving as issues arise.
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance for production machinery and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety precautions and quality standards.
- Monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to the production budget.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Required higher education in a related field (Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Chemical Engineer).
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in production
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent personnel management.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with new technological tools for control and automation of the production process.
- Problem-solving ability.
