Actionline, on behalf of a leading Greek banking institution, is seeking Digital Customer Advisors in Athens and Thessaloniki to support and serve the bank’s existing clientele through Video Banking.
As part of a digitally advanced service team, you will offer personalized support, present banking products tailored to each client’s needs, and enhance their overall banking experience through remote video communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients via phone to schedule video appointments
- Conduct video calls to:
• Present personalized banking products and services
• Recommend value-added financial solutions
• Provide ongoing personal support and client care
Candidate Profile
- University degree (preferably in Economics or Business)
- Good command of the English language (spoken & written)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Certification in Investment and/or Insurance products (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
- Previous experience in a banking branch or call center (preferred)
- Confidence in using digital tools and communicating via video
