As a Digital Banking Representative, you will be the trusted point of contact for the bank’s existing clients — offering personalized support and tailored banking solutions via video communication.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to existing customers to schedule video appointments
- Host video calls to:
- Present customized banking products and services
- Recommend value-adding financial solutions
- Build long-term client relationships with personal care and support
What You Bring
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or a related field)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Certification in Investment and/or Insurance products (or willingness to obtain it after hiring)
- Previous experience in a bank branch or contact center (a plus)
- Confidence with digital tools and remote communication platforms
