🖋️You will be reporting to: Branch Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance
  • Information and Counselling about Retail products, Spare parts/accessories
  • Issue resolution with transport for customer deliveries
  • Customer Complaints and claims assistance
  • Support between internal departments, Kärcher branches, and customers
  • Support for the internal and external commercial Network
  • Sales support to the store customers
  • Marketing Orders entry, Management, and support for their Campaigns
  • Entry Management of General Customer Orders
  • Issues Resolution with Standard & online channel orders
  • Management support to the Logistics Department and the External Operator
  • Reimbursements
  • In-store stock management in collaboration with the Branch Manager
  • Stock census in collaboration with the Branch Manager
  • In-store customer experience optimization

Requirements

  • A medium or High Degree in Professional Training, in Administration and Accounting will be valuable
  • Minimum of 3 provable years of experience as a Customer Service agent
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.
  • IT knowledge, at a user level (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SAP knowledge will be valuable
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Team worker
  • Analytical Skills and detail-oriented
