Duties/Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted liaison between physicians and the latest developments in the anti-infectives therapeutic area. Your role is to educate U.S.-based healthcare professionals, share scientific insights, and drive awareness of advanced treatment solutions.
More Specifically:
- Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across hospitals and clinical settings in the U.S.
- Communicate complex scientific and product information in a clear, compelling manner
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market dynamics
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, data) to align on strategy and messaging
Requirements
- Prior experience as a hospital representative will be considered a plus
- Background in Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, or Clinical Pharmacy is a strong asset
- MD or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving high performance
