ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for a motivated Wordpress Developer to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.
Our client is a technology company delivering enterprise software solutions for major projects in both the public and private sectors. It supports digital transformation initiatives through scalable, high-performance systems that drive efficiency and growth

🖋️You will be reporting to: Team Leader
What will you do:
You will contribute to the design and development of high-impact digital projects, including campaigns and platforms delivered to major organizations and public sector entities.
You will be involved in projects that combine web development with interactive marketing initiatives, including digital activations, awareness campaigns, and gamified experiences.
More specifically:
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly and performance-optimized websites
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs and marketing platforms
• Perform website updates, enhancements and troubleshooting
• Optimize website speed, security and scalability
• Ensure proper documentation of code and functionalities
What we are looking:
• Degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes and plugin customization.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience implementing responsive and interactive UI components.
• Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
• Practical experience in PHP development for customizing themes, plugins, and backend functionality.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and APIs, such as tracking pixels, forms, marketing automation, or CRMs.
• Experience optimizing WordPress sites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
• Interest in digital marketing and interactive projects, contributing to engaging user experiences.
