CAREER OPPORTUNITY – TRAINING ASSOCIATE
Premier Capital Hellas SA, is seeking to recruit a Training Associate. This role is for individuals who are passionate in supporting others to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment and wish to leverage the strength of an iconic global brand.
THE POSITION
Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Associate will be working closely with the restaurants by assisting in the implementation of effective training solutions.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the McDonald’s Corporation, vendors, and suppliers to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that support employees grow and succeed.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating preparatory sessions and training materials for participants.
Planning and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs aligned with operational and brand standards.
Coaching others on how to measure and improve training results, diagnosing challenges and creating effective roadmaps to solve them.
Maintaining training records, collecting feedback, and supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness.
Supporting the implementation of new training initiatives and operational procedures.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business , and have more than 3 years experience in a similar position.
Enhanced organizational, communication and facilitation skills as well as a can-do attitude are important attributes for success in this role.
Fluency in both the Greek and the English, language, proficiency with MS Office and experience in restaurant operations are essential.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools will be highly appreciated.
