What you will do:
As a Technical Services Manager, you will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial management of the company’s technical services, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-quality service delivery.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team while managing vendors, channel partners, and client service delivery in a fast-growing organization.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop the technical services team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations, overseeing recruitment and training
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor service projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including performance monitoring, escalations, and compliance
- Coordinate with local partners to ensure smooth nationwide service operations
- Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and P&L for the services division, ensuring efficient resource management and cost control
- Provide regular internal reporting to the CEO on financial performance, service metrics, and operational outcomes, and external reporting to vendors as required
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong relationships
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- A BSc/MSc degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of senior management experience, ideally in service management, technical operations, or distribution
- Strong leadership and people management experience with multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven expertise in vendor management, client engagement, contracts, billing, and local partner coordination
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Greek both verbal and written
Any experience in the following will be considered an asset:
- Experience in print services, managed services, or multi-vendor environments
- Experience in managing channel partners, local partners, or reseller networks
