Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Public Sector Projects)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer.
Our client is a well-established technology company with a strong presence in digital transformation, document management and information management solutions, delivering large-scale projects for Public Sector organizations across Greece.
📌 Location: North Sector Athens
📍 Working Model: On site
🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager
What you will do:
As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design and preparation of technical solutions for Public Sector and enterprise projects.
More specifically:
• Analyze business and technical requirements received through tenders or client discussions
• Support the design of technical solutions involving document management, digitization, software applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Work closely with Sales, PMO, and Technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially aligned, and successfully delivered
• Provide technical estimations regarding project complexity, implementation timelines, and solution feasibility
• Identify potential technical risks and propose alternative solution approaches when needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales and tendering processes
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of software applications, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure concepts
• Experience in participating in technical proposal preparation and tender documentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Very good command of Greek and English language
