ManpowerGroup, on behalf of Frigoglass, a leading multinational company in the cooling solutions industry, is seeking a Service Systems and Technical Audits Coordinator to join the Service Organization.

📍 Working Model: Hybrid as role may use remote work arrangement
🖋️You will be reporting to: Service Technical Support Manager
What you will do:
The role supports the daily operation of service systems and platforms, providing support to Service Operations, supporting the implementation and configuration of service systems, and testing new developments.
The position also coordinates Technical Audits with local service teams to evaluate the quality of services provided ,while monitoring and analyzing service performance KPIs .
More specifically:
- Support the implementation of Service Systems for new countries and customers
- Evaluate the quality and performance of new system developments prior to production deployment
- Support local service teams with day-to-day system issues and configuration activities (models, refrigerants, asset creation, spare parts compatibility, new assets)
- Coordinate and follow up the annual Technical Audits plan with local service teams
- Track Audit Quality KPIs, prepare reports, and support action plans to improve service quality
- Conduct random audit and cross-check visits across local Service Operations
- Follow up service calls for newly launched ICMs and during field test projects to identify product inefficiencies
- Monitor failure rates and identify quality and performance issues for Frigoglass-produced ICMs serviced by the Frigoglass Service Network
What we are looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering is considered a strong asset)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of cooling and electrical circuits is desirable
- Experience with ERP, CRM, service platforms, and mobile applications
- Good understanding of business and service processes
- Previous experience in customer service or sales functions within a multinational company will be considered an advantage
