The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent and meet dynamic business needs. This leadership role requires managing a team of recruiters, refining recruitment processes, and contributing to high-level strategy formulation to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive short-term and long-term recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive a high-performance culture within the recruiting team, fostering innovation and collaboration across organizational stakeholders to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Analyze labor market data, hiring trends, and candidate feedback to continuously refine and enhance the organization's recruitment strategies, ensuring adaptability to market changes.
- Develop and apply recruitment metrics and analytics to guide strategic decision-making, optimize team productivity, and evaluate program ROI.
- Innovate talent sourcing strategies utilizing diverse channels, including digital platforms, community engagement, and partnerships with educational institutions, to enhance talent pipelines and increase diversity in recruitment.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Compensation to align recruitment strategies with market trends, developing competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain excellence in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to ensure accurate recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance with local recruitment regulations and company policies, ensuring consistent application of standards across all recruitment activities.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of role specifications, including required experience, skills, and behavioral competencies, to optimize candidate fit and success in roles.
- Represent the company brand positively to candidates and external partners, ensuring high ethical standards in the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition (including at least 5 years in progressive management roles).
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Proven track record leading recruitment teams in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
- Expertise in interpreting and leveraging recruiting metrics and trends, such as retention rates and quality of hire.
- Strong leadership abilities, with demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding recruitment teams.
