Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales strategy and execution for assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) across multiple regions.
- Own the P&L, revenue targets, and overall financial performance of the business unit.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships with enterprise and strategic B2B customers.
- Partner with WFM, finance, HR, and delivery leadership to ensure profitability, quality, and scalability.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographic expansions.
- Oversee multi-regional sales and delivery hubs, ensuring alignment of strategy, execution, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements across all operating regions.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, providing escalation support and governance.
- Maintain a balanced level of communication with Sales Director and external facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed
- Industrializing the account’s BI layer across geographies to standardize and streamline reporting and insights.
- Analyse data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territories
- Stay current on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market
- Ensure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets and client performance targets
- Work with client contact on reporting and forecasting
- Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
- Partner and build business relationships with all partners to ensure customer expectations are met
Candidate profile:
- Significant work experience in a sales role as Operations Manager and above
- Experience in managing big teams
- A passion for customer experience and driving team results
- Experience in operations and strategy building

- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience finding solutions as a manager
