Our client is a well-established aviation technology company, delivering innovative digital solutions to airlines and travel organizations across Europe and global, with a strong focus on customer-centric distribution and long-term partnerships.

🖋️You will be reporting to: CEO
What you will do:
You will own and grow strategic airline accounts across Europe, driving new business while shaping long-term partnerships. This role combines high-level sales execution with commercial leadership in a fast-evolving aviation technology environment.
More specifically:
- Lead enterprise B2B sales within the airline and travel technology ecosystem
- Define and execute sales strategies across European markets
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure and account growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior airline stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and contracts for high-value engagements
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing airline accounts
- Act as the commercial liaison between clients and internal product and technical teams
- Monitor pipeline performance and market trends to support sustainable business growth
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally within aviation or travel technology
- Established professional network within the European airline market
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales engagements
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup, with willingness to travel across Europe
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
