Actionline, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the finance team of a leading Hotel Group, Antonis A. Moussamas S.A, based in Paiania.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization within the hospitality sector.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and entry of accounting documents, as well as submission and reconciliation through myDATA.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and balances (extrait).
- Manage client communications and account reconciliations.
- Oversee the full customer transaction cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial and accounting systems.
- Monitor and interpret daily tax legislation updates (laws, circulars, decisions), ensuring accurate application.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and monthly trial balances.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Draft balance sheets and other statutory financial documents.
🎓 Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SoftOne, Epsilon Net) and advanced use of MS Excel.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with OPERA PMS will be considered an asset.
