Responsibilities:
- Map client (business) requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD, MM, FI/CO modules.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system. enhancements.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting or other relative university degree.
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- Experience in integration points bewteen SAP modules.
- Understanding of retail business processes
- Ability to multi-task and run parallel projects.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to adjust priorities.
- Results oriented and customer focused .
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal & written).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP ABAP.
- Experience integrating SAP with external systems.
- Certifications in SAP technologies.
