ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a leading multinational industrial company specializing in equipment management and support services worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

📌 Location: Athens - Northern Suburbs
📍 Working Model: Hybrid Working Model
🖋️ Reporting to: Head of Business Processes & IT Technologies


What you will do:
As a Salesforce professional, you will support the deployment and operation of the company’s Service business solutions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day system operation, user support, and participation in international rollout projects. The role focuses on system support, process improvement, and user enablement within Salesforce-based Service platforms.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Supporting the daily operation of Service applications, including Salesforce
  • Participating in system rollout activities across different countries or customers
    Taking part in international deployment projects (testing, training, data preparation, post go-live support)
  • Providing first- and second-level support to internal and external users
  • Delivering system training to internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Supporting local administrators in master data maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Identifying system or process issues and suggesting improvements
  • Maintaining and updating end-user documentation
  • Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and support solution design
  • Coordinating with external vendors and partners related to Service systems
Recruitments
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably with exposure to Salesforce administration or support
  • Experience working with business users and IT teams
  •  Involvement in system implementations, rollouts, or user support activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Experience in troubleshooting applications and maintaining master data
  • Ability to deliver user training and documentation
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Ability to collaborate with the international Salesforce team
