Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand customer requirements.
- Analyze competitions regarding technical features.
- Perform proper system sizing and technical solution design.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
- Provide clear and accurate technical responses and consultancy to account managers and key customers.
- Support the preparation of commercial offers by providing technical input to account managers.
- Deliver audit value through technical assessment and improvement proposals.
- Participate in technical presentations and customer meetings when required.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
- Participate in International Conferences and Exhibitions for evaluating updated solutions and vendors.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in packaging industrial equipment or machinery, in food industry.
- Strong technical understanding and solution design skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers on technical matters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of Greek and good command of English.
