🖋️You will be reporting to: Network / Infrastructure Team Leader
What you will do:
As a Network Administrator, you will monitor, manage and optimize network infrastructures across enterprise environment, supporting, troubleshooting, network connectivity across local and industrial systems.
More specifically you will:
- Configure and maintain routers and switches for high network availability
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and segmentation
- Create and manage configuration files across multiple network devices
- Configure basic firewall rules and traffic controls on network edge devices
- Provide L1/L2 support for diverse enterprise and industrial connectivity scenarios
- Support industrial networks and specialized hardware (e.g. Cisco)
- Participate in infrastructure projects aligned with production requirements
Requirements
- A University Degree or Vocational diploma in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or infrastructure support
- Familiarity with CLI tools (bash, tcpdump, nmap), subnetting strategies, and firewall rules
- Understanding network segmentation
- Hands-on experience with Cisco devices is a strong plus
- Independent, proactive problem-solving attitude
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), German language is a plus
- Any certification in networking is a plus
