As a Technical Project Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, leading requirements discussions and aligning business expectations with technical delivery. You will work closely with development teams to translate client needs into technical tasks, manage priorities in an Agile environment, communicate progress and risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.
To help you succeed, our client has developed a structured three -month training program, equipping you with the essential technical and practical skills for the role.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing software projects from requirements gathering through delivery
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
- Translating requirements into technical tasks, user stories, and backlog items
- Coordinating and collaborating with software developers and technical leads
- Monitoring project timelines, scope, quality, and deliverables
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing risks, changes, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications

- Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Software Project Manager
- Strong understanding of software development concepts (web applications, APIs, databases)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (YouTract, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English & Greek (written and spoken)
Will be highly appreciated:
- Previous experience with enterprise software, billing, or financial systems
- Exposure to the energy or utilities sector
- Technical background (e.g. studies or hands-on experience in software development)
- Experience working in client-facing roles
